How to add or edit pickup schedules

To add a pickup schedule:

  1. Open Alpaca from the Apps section of your Shopify admin.
  2. Select Settings in the top right of the Alpaca dashboard.
  3. From the Pickup locations section, ensure that pickup is enabled for the location(s) where you want to offer curbside pickup.
  4. Scroll to the Pickup times section.
  5. Select Add pickup time, and then configure the options such as pickup days, start and end times, and timeslot settings.
  6. If you offer multiple locations, ensure that you have the relevant locations selected. This pickup schedule will apply to all locations that are selected.
  7. Select Save pickup time to save this pickup schedule.

To edit a pickup schedule:

  1. Open Alpaca from the Apps section of your Shopify admin.
  2. Select Settings in the top right of the Alpaca dashboard.
  3. Scroll to the Pickup times section.
  4. Find the location you want, and select Edit, to edit the pickup schedule for that location.
  5. Configure the options such as pickup days, start and end times, and timeslot settings.
  6. Select Save pickup time to save your changes to this pickup schedule.
